Special mention for the following employees of the Hotel that stood out to us
Tamara at guest Services was amazing, very kind and courteous, she is a credit to the Hotel, Tamara helped us out when the Restaurant booking system had failed, she was also very approachable during our stay with any questions, 10 out of 10 to Tamara for making our trip.
Also Raj and Melina in EGAO restaurant were also excellent and very hard working and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. a credit to the Hotel.
House Keeping, (Sorry we didn't get any names of you guys), but thank you for cleaning our messy room efficiently and at short notice. We really did appreciate all your hard work.

This hotel has definitely seen its best days and everything is in need of TLC. When we arrived we had problems getting the AC working and the fridge was broken. It got fixed the next day after we mentioned about it a couple of times. The room is old (but clean) but especially the bathroom is in desperate need of modernization. I'm sorry to say the shower (good water pressure though) is very uninviting. Different from the description there was no hairdryer in the room and we had to borrow it from the reception and give back after every use. The pool is ok but some small pieces of debris were floating on the surface.
That being said I have to give huge thanks to the staff!! They are the only reason for rating so high, otherwise I would have given much lower score. Very rarely you encounter such warm, sincere hospitability than we did here. Even when we left we were offered snacks to go, some good tips about the island and were only charged 2 days for the fridge (stayed for four and it worked for three) which was a small gesture but very fare in our opinion. The location of the hotel is quite good - half way to the old town and the seaside promenade. Approximately 20 mins walk to both. There are also some quite nice restaurants very close to the hotel. All in all, if you appreciate a very friendly and helpful staff over the accommodation itself then this could be your choice in Paphos.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very close to the pool on the ground floor. The staff were lovely especially Suzette who always made a fuss of our son.

Public transportation was very good, we bought weekly pass and travelled in the city by bus. The sea wasn’t too warm in May, but we went in, it was okay. We visited the Venus beach, it was sandy, and could rent 3 sunny beds and umbrella for 10 euros. The beach was clean, but the toilets didn’t work. There is a Lidl very close to it. The streets were very dirty, it was disappointing. The archeological park was interesting near the harbour. You can walk along the sea 4 hours, there are water taps. But it isn’t sandy, it’s pavement. The temperature was 25-27 celcius, but we felt hot. I missed markets, where you can buy vegetables, fruits.

Paphos is a great place to visit because it has a great mix of nature, sea, culture, history, cuisine and nightlife. The weather is great and its not to busy. You can choose to have a quiet and peaceful time or a wild and fun time. People are very friendly. Many cat-callers and club promoters but overall not too persistent and easy to brush off. I highly recommend Paphos for its variety and beauty.

Fabulous place to spend a week - we visited the Old Town and also walked to the Tombs of the Kings. Great coastal walk with good footpaths and great views of the sea and small beaches.
We visited the livelier parts too - Bar Street etc - wouldn't want to stay on top of there as the bars are open until at least 2am but didn't see any trouble and good friendly staff.
Drinks a little expensive (especially the wine) but food was standard prices

The first thing to know is that there is not one single "...
The first thing to know is that there is not one single "center" or "turistic" part of the city. the majority of turistic shops are on the seaside, but in the inner part of the city and I have to say the are really few. Their opening time are quite weird for my standard, at 5 there was almost nothing open there, while on the seaside almost everything was open till late. In general not a lot of interesting and cute shops, I would say more low quality objects, no handmade and similar.
The archeological park is amazing and the Tombs of the kings are worthy a visit, I was really amazed.
the taxi for and from the airport are really expensive, but there is a bus, 623 which brings you to a bus stop from where is possible, very easily to get busses for each side of the city. each bus ticket is 2 euros while from 9pm is 3. the taxi from at to the airport is on average around 35 euros.
take care of the opening times of the museum because some are closed on Sunday or on Monday or which shorted working time.
On Sunday and Monday a lot of things are closed on the island.
A lot of archeological sites aren´t reachable if not by car.
I plan, if I go again, to rent a car, which doesn´t seem to be soo expensive, just keep in mind that they drive on the left side of the street.
People are also less kind that in Greece, where every time I say thank you, they immediately answer you´re welcome.
I would not say it is a bad place, it doesn´t meet my taste. If I have to suggest a place to visit I wouldn´t suggest Cyprus and if I have to suggest Cyprus, having seen just quickly Nicosia (as a city I didn´t like it at all, while the archeological museum is beautiful) and Limassol, I would suggest Paphos.
I love Greece and the Greek culture, maybe because of that I was a bit disappointed.

Great place where you can party or relax.
Great place where you can party or relax.
If you enjoy beer the Old Fishing Shack is a great place to visit and has over 200 beers.
The sea front has many restaurants and bars as well as ice cream parlours.
The harbour side has many good fish restaurants.
We have stayed in a lot of hotels, but this was the very first one where every single member of the staff was this friendly and helpful. They were really great.
The hotel itself also exceeded our expectations, rooms were very clear and comfy, lots of sunbeds (both at the pool and the beach), good and varied buffet and plenty of options in between within the all-inclusive.
The location is a bit 'remote' (but this suited us), but you have easy access to Paphos, Coral Bay or even Agios Georgios with public transport or by car.
The room was big and clean. The bathrooms was also very big. The whole hotel, bar, pool area was very good. I can not even find a words to say how nice the owners was. Very organised, friendly and helpful 👌 The breakfast was so tasty, one of the best I ate on Cyprus ! The atmosphere in the hotel was friendly and the owners had a time to talk with everyone. I will recommend for a families and also solo travellers. I definitely will go back again when will travel with my parents ! Thank u so much.
The property is at a great location.
For those who do not need fancy accommodations- the flat is the best. It is clean and comfy. The flat holds everything a guest need to enjoy staying. Plus - it looks and feel brand new and the design is beautiful. Its placed right on the beach and close to every place that is recommended in Paphos - coffee places, malls, and the old town, which saves tons of money on transportation. Another great thing is Nic the taxi driver - great service.
Absolutely amazing stay, highly recommended. The staff are great, the food amazing, the hotel very clean and well run. I booked for my husbands birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate this without me even having to request anything. They provided us with a bigger room than booked, a cake, bottle of wine, balloons and vouchers for drinks not included in the all inclusive. Definitely the best hotel I have stayed in Cyprus. Will definitely be returning.
Our favourite hotel, maybe the best Hotel in Cyprus for families. For another one time, everything was perfect, Staff helpful perfect food, snacks and drinks. Special thanks to the reception supervisor for the wine, fruits and sweets welcoming gift, also special thanks to the responsible bar woman, at the pool bar near the child swimming pool for the most perfect cocktails, always ready to serve.
We look forward to the next visit.
Modern and spacious apartment. Excellent location. Variety of comfortable amenities provided but could do a lot better. Fixture and fittings most from Ikea which are of acceptable quality. Lots of dinning options in the area and great opportunities to walk by the numerous 5 star hotel facilities located around it (eg sea sidewalks, tiny bars with seaview etc). Nice shower room with Grohe rainshower.
The staff was very attentive to all my inquiries, and helpful in trying to find a restaurant table on busy nights. The room had all necessities, and then some -- including a view toward the sea and archaeological zone, enhanced by a balcony. I was delighted to discover there was actually a hotel parking area tucked in adjacent to the hotel. The location in the upper town was a big plus.
Good Location in the old town of Paphos, close to the bus station. Easy to meet fellow travelers, ended up traveling with some of the people for the rest of the trip. The manager Chris knows Cyprus in and out, explained me how to get to good beaches and the Akamas peninsula for a hike. Also good recommendations for restaurants. Free coffee, milk and tea.
This hotel is fabulous, super clean, 2 amazing pools, nice view from the rooms, lots of parking spaces, 5 min walk from the beach, in the centre of all attractions, 5 mins with car from Old Paphos. Best variety breakfast we had on our 7 day roadtrip on Cyprus. Reception lady was super kind! Hotel is much nicer in real life than on the pictures.
Tatiana is one of the best hosts in Cyprus! She is welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. The property is extremely comfortable and pleasant. You will have everything you need for a fantastic vacation: cozy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a barbecue area, and the townhouse is conveniently located close to a beautiful sandy beach.
-The hotel has 3 buffet a day, however they don't take consideration at all for people who don't eat pork. if you order anything after 11pm, you have to pay for it as all inclusive is only available till 11 pm.
-Location is on the sea directly but it doesn't have a beach.
-Water park is nice and kids loved it.
The location of the hotel is simply amazing. Breakfasts were nice. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was nice and easy to use. Helpful staff. The area around the hotel turned out to be very quiet. A nice promenade just outside the hotel can take you on a nice walk around the bay.
A well-run family hotel with polite and helpful staff.
Located in the old town of Paphos- a good area with plenty ot bars, restaurants and rich nightlife.
~ 30 mins walk or ~10 min by bus from Paphos Harbour and the seaside.
Very good buffet breakfast that takes place in a beautiful garden.
5 stars for hospitality! The staff of the hotel is amazing. Always trying to make you feel like home! Very friendly people, polite, real professionals and always willing to help! Great location with amazing views, tasty and delicate food. A trully memorable experience!
The personell was super understanding and explained everything, gave us a map, answered all our questions. The location was perfect as it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the Old Town and a 10-20 minute walk to the tourist area, also the harbour and bus station.
Everything was perfect.
Our room was really from 11.00.
We celebrated our anniversary and they upgrade us to side sea view room, they left flowers, chocolates and wine at the room.
Very friendly staff. Maybe the best hotel in Cyprus
We like everything A perfect place amazing people feeling like at home This place definitely deserves 10 stars Anyone who really wants to relax on vacation I say for sure choose this hotel it's the best hotel in in the whole Cyprus
