Nice town. I studied at University Science Malaysia so always been on this side very often due to the ferry and bus service. A lot has changed in the past 20 years but still, some of the old sceneries and buildings were there such as the Convent School, The Hospital and the Indian temples.

I loved the local food here, reasonable price and variety of foods.
I loved to walk in the supermarket besides the Sunway Carnival Mall.
I've found a lot of Chinese food in Jalan Chai Leng.
Besides, there are many factory in Perai area also, many lorries, makes the road not so smooth.
check in take so long , even we had write in all those particular in booking.com but at counter they need IC to photocopy and others . they should upgrade the computer and system. EVEN i check in again on next day still need IC to photocopy .
Why others hotel no need to refer .
breakfast is so so , for clean i may say need improve because my experience their carpet is dirty .
with the price paid, i was expecting a breakfast. Even a simple breakfast would be appreciated. The room is clean but please do something with the old furnture smell. put aromatheraphy etc. No bell boy so, as i travelled alone, with many things to carry, very unsatisfying. Again the price i paid for this hotel is almost 300. so i was expecting all the basics needs are available.
Apartment was clean. Very comfortable beddings. Only issue is location. It was a 30-45mins drive to Penang Island where most of the attractions are. Having said that it is still a good value homestay for families with children.
The location in Seberang Jaya is in central Penang and was easy access to Penang Island and also the PLUS highway. Food stalls and restaurants is abundant and varies.
we are enjoying our stay here.
got Netflix and Youtube
we watch Netflix at night after our activity in Penang
