Arrival at the hotel was excellent, a warm welcome from guest experience manager Manel. Check in was smooth, front desk staff friendly and professional.
As it was our first time at the resort, Manel gave us a quick walkthrough and introduced us to the facilities, this was very much appreciated.
The rooms are beautiful, also the rest of the facilities are well kept and spotless, both the indoor as well as the outdoor pool areas deserve a special mention.
We had dinner at the creek and at blu seafood restaurant, both were excellent, as was the service during dinner.

I highly advise not bring anything valuable to Le Palace, Unfortunately I have been subject to theft. The hotel Maintenance deliberately turns off the air compressor regularly and leaves their residents soaking in their sweat. Breakfast is more like refugee food in the 19th century. Unless you have been stranded on a deserted island, living on grass, worms and sea weed , no normal human being could eat their food.

If you want to know how it feels when you are on the northern edge point of the African continent, then visit Gammarth and Le Palace Hotel in particular!
Gammarth is an excellent tourist site of Tunis city in Tunisia, very easy to access and transportation to this place is readily available throughout the city. I was in the company of my family of four and only spent USD 20 to get to the hotel from the airport by taxi.
As a family, we enjoyed swimming and strolling along the beautiful beach and also visiting the beautiful sites along the Mediterranean Sea.
We went on a getaway weekend with my family, and we couldn't find a better choice than the Résidence hôtel
Everyone was attentive and pleasant . The spa is outstanding, I would say, it is the best in Tunisia.
Very comfortable and spacious room. SUPER CLEAN and little touch and surprise u can find on ur beds. It was our first and surely not the last. Special thanks to Faysal , Anis, and Saida, who made our stay extra special . Highly recommended 👌
I used to stay in this 5 Stars Hotel since more 20 years ...But I was chocked this time nothing working especially in the room weak Wifi acces, the safe is out of order , the electronic card to open the door not working ...Overall all equipments are becoming too old ...also at Restaurant an Morning breakfast quality are og Zero Stars...Never come back !
Had an excellent stay in this fine hotel.
The room was big and clean, comfy bed, fridge and facilities to make tea/coffee in the room. Free bottles of water and service from housekeeping every day.
Deliscious dishes in the restaurant and serviceminded staff.
Strong wifi.
Tours/transport can be arranged at Guest Relations desk.
the hotel room was very clean but the hotel restaurant was little bit old , also the hotel room lack some utilities like mini bar , boiler and the fact that there was no Wi-Fi connection within the hotel make it inconvenient for those who are planning to visit in a business trip
We enjoyed our stay in La Tour Blanche. There was a minor misunderstanding regarding the booking, but the staff, and the manager Mr Hassan handled the matter in a friendly and professional manner and the issue was resolved. We left the hotel happy and willing to come back again!
We stayed in an amazing room, the room service was impeccable 👌. The breakfast wow what a choice. The bar was gorgeous and the service throughout was excellent. Thank-you for making my first visit to Tunisia so special.
Staff are very rude, they are not helpful, they charge us for water bottles which are complementary, we asked for iron they said we don't have, the reception light and the entrance light inside the hotel always off .
amazing hotel, like total slow living mode on.. beautiful lobby, pool, comfortable room with amazing pool view, everything peaceful and beautiful like from magazine
