Great open communication from Markéta the owner! Quite easy to find as it is located in a very small village! Parking is right outside! There only 4 rooms ! This used to be the local grocery store ! All was very clean, tidy & cared for! The kitchen has pretty much all you need in the amenities available, tables & chairs are there to use ! Seating outside too ! There is free coffee/tea to use ! My room was clean, tiday& cosy! Bathroom & toilet immaculate! I actual ended up staying 3 nights longer in anther room& again all was fantastic! You get alot for your money, I travel & stay in alot of places ( Czechia & others) hard to find a better ratio of price / for comfort! Highly recommended, Markéta is a fantastic host, helpful, funny ,informative & takes great pride in the accommodation! All photos were exactly as it was in reality

3 of us stayed 6 nights in the apartment. The beautiful spa centre of Karlovy Vary was within walking distance. We bought a 7-day local bus pass, which was very convenient for accessing town centre, supermarkets, train station. The bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. All equipment for cooking was available. Providing some cooking oil would be useful. Katrin was very warm and helpful, quick to respond to requests. Would definitely stay again if we visit Karlovy Vary.

On our way to Prague we needed a stop for 3 nights but we wished we could stay longer because there is enough to explore in the area. When checking in the owner waited for us and opened the door/gate. He was very kind and immediately welcomed us. He speaks perfectly English which made communicating very easy for us. He showed us our appartment and gave us some tips to visit in the area. We even had a box for the television to watch every movie you want! The location Prikenhammer is an old procelain factory with a rich history. You even find some porcelain from the factory in your room alongside a small book which explains the history of the Pirkenhammers factory. We definitely recommend this place and will return in the future.

This is a fully equipped flat, it was like being at home. Great communication with the host, we got every important information about the check-in, etc. The city centre of Karlovy Vary is only a few minutes on foot. Dog-friendly accomodation, you can even find bowls to your pet. Lot of foreign TV-channels (english, deutch, etc.)

The room was clean and tidy, same as living area with the kitchen. Big and comfy bed, and new bathroom. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Everything was great and special thanks to the hostess for the wonderful hospitality.

We had a really great time in Karlovy Vary! The best part was the beautiful view from the balcony. It was sunny, and we loved having coffee there while enjoying the pretty view. We even spent a whole day just relaxing in the flat because we liked it so much. Our host, Lenka, was really nice. She picked us up from the bus station when we got there and took us back when we left. She was friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was amazing. If you want a place with a beautiful view and a friendly host in Karlovy Vary, we highly recommend this place. We’ll always remember it.
