The second time there, I felt exactly the same excitement as the first time. Everything was perfect down to the last detail. The hospitality was very generous. There was even handmade marmalade, milk, and juice in the fridge. A huge selection of coffee capsules, tea sachets, and even Ovaltine powder to use. They even provided spare shampoo and shower gel in case you hadn't brought your own. Everything that makes your stay easy was provided. I wish it were the same in all my destinations. Having a well-stocked kitchen is a big plus for a relatively expensive place like Neuchatel. The price of the apartment was also very low compared to almost all the hotels. The nice couple who manages the property were very kind, despite the language barrier. They checked me in despite coming in late at night.

The apartment in the fotos looked so pretty so we were curious how it really would be and it was just the same! very bright furniture, generous, perfectly clean, all as we wished it would be!

The owner is such a kind person. He warmly welcomed us into his beautiful house and, even tho we booked the small room, he proposed us the bigger one with a spectacular view of the mountains and the surroundings. The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. We didn't take advantage of the kitchen, but it looked well-equipped. We enjoyed the welcoming snacks he offered us! So kind of him and totally unexpected! Overall, everything was great! It wasn’t very clear to us that the accommodation would be a room within the owner’s home; however, it was a pleasure talking with the owner! Very recommended!
