We liked the fact that it is less than 10 mins walk from the trainstation (where also the airport bus drops you!), that it is high above the streets (so even in the middle of town, very little noise) and that there was coffee available 24/24 with nice croissants in the morning. Also the complimentary cookies in the room were very welcome.

Great location close to the Loch, beautiful farm setting and spacious apartment. Kitchen has everything you might need and bathroom was very spacious, equipped even with a Rowe warmer. Little fireplace felt really cozy.

The fresh bread and butter on arrival were a lovely touch. Alexander is a fantastic host—always quick to respond and very helpful. The location is perfect, with a beautiful garden just outside. I’d happily stay here again when I return to Edinburgh.
