What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Felix, in particular, was incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment I arrived. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel right at home. His warm attitude and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Milan great service, great location, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere.

Snídaně byla jen první den, druhý den byl logistický problém s dopravou snídani jsme neobdržeil. Snídaně byla na Italské poměry dostačující. Místo kde se apartmán nachází je vynikající. Centrum Milána máte pod okny. S hostiteli byla velmi dobrá komunikace.
