The property itself is beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with charming touches that give it a cozy, homely feel. The attention to detail is evident in every corner – from the impeccably clean and spacious rooms to the inviting ambiance throughout the house. The apartment is in a great location—just a 5-minute walk from beautiful beaches, with easy access to the city center and the lovely seaside promenade. It’s newly renovated and well-equipped, offering all the necessary amenities with careful attention to detail. The property also features secure access and an interior garden with convenient parking. The host is very friendly and always open to providing support, which made the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend it.

Everything was very good - host, facility, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast. Afraid a bit to find location of the place as we had to came at late evening, but first of all host sent the video with instructions and google clearly directed to the place. So, everything went perfectly.

The location is great, inside the city center, very near from amazing restaurants and tourism points. Also a lot of options for parking (paid) and very easy to go to many directions. The apartment is very quiet (which we loved most). The bathroom and everything were very clean and you also have a washer machine inside the bathroom for those who will stay longer. 10/10 for us.

The property is conveniently located - there's lots of nice cafes/restaurants around and a short walk to the marina. You can reserve a parking space in the courtyard and I definitely recommend that - finding a spot on the street seems rather impossible. There are no keys to the apartment - you receive a code for the door upon check-in. The apartment itself is exactly as presented in the pictures - nice looking, well equipped. Our dog was welcome and loved the place. The reception staff was exceptional.

Loved this place, it's clean and safe and has everything you need. Close to the train station, close to the beach and the host Alessandra was very nice and helpful. If we go back to Ventimiglia we will definitley stay here again.

Skoro všechno, jen to třetí patro bez výtahu 😃, jinak vše bylo perfektní. Paní Patrizia vyřeší jakýkoliv problém, je poklad.
