The apartment is new, cosy, clean, and comfortable. The host was super welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. I noticed a few comments saying the location is hard to find, but honestly, it’s very straightforward if you just follow the directions provided. It’s peaceful and quiet, yet still close to everything - the old town is only about 10-15 minutes away by car. The location is also perfect if you want to explore the more coastal side of Montenegro - it’s a great base for little day trips. And the view from our balcony? Absolutely breathtaking. It left us speechless every single time, no matter how many times we looked out.

We arrived early in the morning and Luka, the host, arranged for us to check in earlier. He is an amazing host, very helpful and kind. The apartment is modern, clean and bright. You have all the amenities you might need during your stay, such as espresso machine, sandwich toaster, washing machine with detergent, soap and mini shampoos and body gels, hair dryer, iron, huge smart TV, etc… There was also complimentary water and bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The location is perfect, it is located 2 minutes from the Old Town, but in a quiet area. There is a city beach, bakery, shopping mall and big market close by. All in all, our stay at Absolute Adriatic was everything we hoped for and we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Apart Maxim! The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. But what truly made it unforgettable was the breathtaking view, waking up to that stunning sea and mountain scenery was just magical. Ana was one of the kindest and most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever met, she made us feel completely at home and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. She also let us use the kayaks and paddleboards on the private waterfront, which was such a nice bonus and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Kotor, we’d love to come back one day!

This was a perfect stay close to Kotor and Tivat Airport, only a couple minutes drive from the cable car. We are a couple with a 1-year-old baby, and we wanted some place quite, without the traffic and parking issues in Kotor center and old town. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed including a baby cot, washing machine and kitchen amenities. The pool on the roof is a great addition with a stunning view, we had it to ourselves most of the time, and the real highlight for us was the amazing backyard with trampoline, swings and many toys and games for our little one. And of course Zeljana was a great host, giving us local recommendations and even leaving some toys in the apartment for our baby. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially with kids.

Waking up to panoramic sea views from the terrace was magical, and sunsets here are unreal. The host was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and full of local tips ( seafood spots and Kotor’s charm are musts!). The location strikes a perfect balance: secluded for peace yet close to beaches and attractions. Ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking a serene escape. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!
