Most paces were walkable. The owner and staff were pleasant and loaned us use of folding chairs to attend a local Jazz festival. They also made another apartment available when we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay. The restaurant downstairs was great and had vegetarian options. We went their twice during our stay. I will come here again and already queried about renting Teo units this coming summer when I have family visiting.

Cabanas Rio Encantado má celoroční venkovní bazén a ranč s terasou. We stayed early April, it was almost the rainy season, the weather was outstanding. Jose texted us continuosly to coordinate our check in. He greeted us upon arrival, showed us to our tree house. it was dark so we didn't know what to expect. It was a super unique experience, the amenities were super nice, the bed was very clean and comfy. Jose was an outstanding host. He made himself available for anything, super helpful. They thought of every detail, like flowers on the table, the fridge was filled with drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. the pool areas was super nice, the river is across from the tree house, so you hear it always. I would stay there many times again, we actually changed our plans we had to go hiking elsewhere to just stay and enjoy the place. it had bridges over the river, a beautiful trail around the property in the rainforest. it would be great for kids.

Eibar, the owner and manager was very friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. Given my late arrival time and long drive from Panama city, he was also very accommodating by allowing me to fill in the registration information form and payment the next day. He quickly helped me with my luggage and took me to my cabin upon arrival and gave me a brief explanation regarding the numerous amenities found in the cabin and how the microwave, gas stove ( with oven :) and air-conditioning worked. He then provided me with a key fob that had the keys to the front and back doors as well as a button on it to open and close the entrance gate. Prior to my arrival, he had already noticed that I was staying for an additional 2 months and allocated me a beautiful, and very spacious cabin overlooking the nearby Baru Volcano. The Cabin was fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer compartment, micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, and TV with ROKU streaming for Netflix, Apple TV and Spotify. Having a large overhead fan in the Kitchen/Living room, plus an overhead fan and air-conditioning in the very large bedroom with 2 double beds, wardrobe and bed side table. The outdoor patio, with look-out bench and scenic views of the Volcano and lush green forests surrounding it, BBQ and clothesline are an added bonus. There is a good size parking space right beside your cabin and if you don't have a car, there is a bus stop on the Highway to Boquete less than 300 m away where you can catch a local bus to Boquete that runs approximately every 45 minutes and costs about 75 cents. Apart from the excellent value for your money, the hospitality and generosity of your Hosts- Eibar and Lousa is exceptional. If you need anything just ask, including where and what to Do, See and personal recommendations on specific grocery stores, restaurants and cafes to visit.

Boquete Garden Inn offers a one-of-a-kind experience in a peaceful and natural setting. Nestled within beautiful gardens, the property has 13 rooms, each with it´s own furnished private terrace. We loved Boquete Garden Inn. The breakfast was very good, everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, quiet location, staff was very helpful and friendly. They did laundry for us (for a fee) and it was worth every penny and smelled very nice. If you don't have a car you'll have to use taxis to get into town. The hotel has a list of drivers they recommend. We used Chalito the whole time and he was the freaking BEST! The taxis came very fast and were pretty cheap.
