The place is amazing, so clean, so comfy, and cosy. It was so clean and shiny also well equipped. The host was super friendly and nice. Loved our stay here definitely recommend. The view from the balcony is in a whole different level making the stay way better. A plus for the neighborhood that turned out to be so calm. Can’t describe the level of satisfaction enough!

We had a very pleasant stay at this place. The staff are professional and exceptionally welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay relaxing. The location is excellent for exploring the city and it is not far from the airport either. Overall, a very positive experience. The staff went above and beyond, the type of support you don’t always have anywhere else’s. We booked this room as a one night stop over due to proximity to the airport - our arrival flight was delayed and this was no problem for the pickup. Our departure flight was then delayed until midnight the following day and even this was no problem, they took such good care of us. True Tunisian hospitality. The room itself was comfortable and yummy breakfast provided. Thanks again for making what could have been a terrible experience with flight delays much more manageable!

The place was very clean, spacious, and had more facilities than we expected. The host, Wided, was very helpful and sent detailed guidance in advance. Parking is closed and secured, and the location is in a calm area just 10 minutes from the airport. My family really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended!

Cozy studio in cite ennasr 1 se nachází v destinaci Ariana. Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum se nachází 20 km odtud, Belvedre Parc 7 km a Carthage Golf 9 km. I think the host was excellent- we forgot my ring at the property when we checked out and she was extremely helpful in assisting us to enable us to get back in the property even though she was in the US at the time. I think Tunisians in general are friendly and do over over and beyond what westerners would do to accomodate others. The house us very clean, well presented and comfortable. There are loads of taxis which would take you to the centre for juts 5 dinars. I would definitely recommend!

Cleanliness in North Africa is not always guaranteed so the immaculate condition and well ordered state of the property was a very pleasant surprise. The host is a great person who is very hospitable, helping me to fix my phone and making a great coffee in the morning.

The host and his communications was exceptional ( above and beyond ) during all my travel experiences ( +20 countries ) I haven’t met a family / host as nice as this host. He offered to come to the airport which is not far from the location ( 10 min drive ) to help with the luggage with his personal pick-up car to avoid dealing with the taxi drivers and drove the luggage back to the airport in the morning. Its my first time staying outside of the city centre and will never go back to the city centre if i can manage to book with him again The location is amazing/safe/ walking distance to grocery / restaurants The apt’s very clean / spacious/ comfortable beds Great value for money I would rate this place 100/10 if i could
