My stay at the Mayar serviced apartments was excellent. I had booked a one-bedroom apartment with a living room for four nights, but upon arrival I was told it was unavailable due to an issue with the booking system (my reservation was made through Booking.com). They upgraded me to a larger three-bedroom apartment, where I stayed for the entire period. The location is great—quiet and close to the Al-Fateh area. Parking is available and hassle-free. The building and apartment are very clean; the furniture is new, luxurious, and comfortable, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything a guest might need. The internet is very good, and the reception staff are polite and professional. I highly recommend staying there.

Location: The location is very good. It is a 10 minutes walking distance from Sultanahmet Mosque, about the same distance from the Sultanahmet tram station. Ayasofya Mosque is also within walking distance. The other interesting place in a close vicinity of the Hotel is “Yere Batan Sarnici”. There are lots of markets, restaurants, drugstores (pharmacies) near the hotel. Hotel itself: The facility I booked was a suite with a view to the street in front of the hotel. It had 2 rooms: a living room/kitchen and a bedroom. I was visiting with my family (including kids), that is why it was important for me to have a proper kitchen area in the facility. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The room service was on a daily basis. The bathroom / WC area was clean and tidy. The hotel staff: I can only thank them for their professional service, for always being available to support, for their patience. It was close to the end of the day when we arrived in the Hotel and the receptionist was very kind to help us with everything we needed. In short, I recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Istanbul. It has everything required for a comfortable, stress free stay and for efficient time planning.

We loved our stay at princess residence. The staff are friendly and hospitable helping with our bags and calling us a taxi on departure. I'm not sure if all 2 bedrooms are this big but our apartment was huge and had everything we needed. Comfy beds too. We only stayed one night due to its proximity to SAW airport so was a good stopover but would have been happy here for longer. It has a great terrace for capturing some morning sun too.

The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were a bit small, but they were clean and comfortable. The location was great for those who are looking for shopping. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a practical and comfortable stay in the city.
