Great hotel, great location, great staff. Receptionists were very helpful. I was there with my Mom, sister and family and even, the reception fixed my moms broken wheelchair. Then I called a expensive but the reception called a cheaper one for half the price and cancelled the expensive one. And then, even there isn’t a taxi, there is a metro and tram and you can easily reach the city centre.

The staff deserve special recognition. They are not only professional but also genuinely warm and attentive, which made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our entire visit. We first stayed for 3 nights before leaving for a 10-day vacation in Antalya. The hotel kindly allowed us to leave our cars in their parking area free of charge during that time, which was an incredible convenience and a gesture we truly appreciated. Upon our return, we stayed for another 7 nights, and the only regret we had was that we could not extend our stay even longer. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is set within a complex, with a shopping center just a short 5-minute walk away, making it easy to combine relaxation with convenience. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families, travelers seeking comfort, and anyone who values ease of access and thoughtful service. It is a place where you immediately feel at home, and one that we will definitely return to in the future.k

A very clean, modern and beautiful hotel with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was excellent and delicious, with a nice variety every day. The swimming pool and gym were also very good. All the hotel staff were kind and friendly. Mr Shareef at the front desk was very professional and he helped us several times with different issues. The breakfast staff were also very courteous and welcoming to all guests. Our apartment was clean, tidy and well kept and the lady who cleaned our room was always ready to help whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend this hotel.
