This Vancouver city centre hotel is a short walk from business and entertainment neighbourhoods, Robson Street shops and Yaletown restaurants. The staff were amazing and kind and helped with everything we needed.

They were very acomodating .i booked this for my daughter and son in law who got married that day and we needed early check so the groom could dress up there and they gave us early check and also upgraded our room for free for the bride and groom as they were staying the night there .so thank you to their team for making all this happen

Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, were superb. Helpful and knowledgeable. It's a convenient location at the airport with incredible facilities. Rooms are redone and well appointed. Afternoon tea and breakfast at the restaurant were fantastic. All around a wonderful stay.

Tento hotel se nachází v kanadském Richmondu, 10 minut jízdy od mezinárodního letiště ve Vancouveru. One member of staff was very accommodating considering we arrived very early from our flight and check in is not until 4 pm . We were given a great room. The hotel is within a 15 min drive to the airport and ideally situated to an outlet mall which was great to kill some time before our early morning flight the next day. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle bus to the airport was great and on time every 30 min.
