Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Convention Center is a remarkable example of architecture situated in the heart of the city, commanding breathtaking views of the surroundings. when visiting Ankara, we always stay at Sheraton. the location is incredible to reach out to many popular places in the city. This stay was a little bit different for us since our baby has severe food allergies (wheat, egg etc.) when I was booking the hotel I had many questions around how they can help us navigating in this situation where I need special food to feed my baby. When booking Mr Kerem helped us a lot to understand their food allergy policies and in the mornings, we asked Chef Miss Gulay to get special baby food (mashed avocado etc) she was so much helpful, additionally Miss safiye or saniye nur (hope I am remembering her name correctly) helped us to find a safe place in the restaurant to sit with a baby has severe food allergies. We have been always happy with the hotel and the staff but this time they helped a lot!
