The staff, the environment, the building, the rooms, the restaurant. If you decide to go here it is worth trying to book one of the restaurants in the train carriage. We went to 1928 and it was fantastic. The rooms are really lovely with great views of the Pyrenees. The bathroom was excellent with all the facilities you could need. Breakfast was great with a buffet but also items you could order from a menu as well. Amazing stay.

It's a cozy and very welcoming structure, well cleaned, furnished and there's a pleasant smell inside all the facility. Position is great as it's near many trails and is located in a calm and quiet valley, near rivers and a forest. The structure also offers brochures to help you out on your visit of the country. Self check-in is key! Loved it.

Amazing place with great rooms. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff is super helpful as well. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Espot.

Everything was perfect. Super friendly staff, comfortable apartment, nice views on the mountains, great facilites, convenient location. We’ve stayed there for a week and will definitely stay again. I really loved the dinner, is probably the best dinner we ever had in a hotel in Andorra (And we´ve been in plenty). Breakfast very good too. Staff super friendly in reception and restaurant.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, offering stunning views of the river, nearby park, and surrounding mountains—a truly picturesque setting. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a huge room with one double bed and two single beds, giving us plenty of space to relax and unwind. A big plus was the underground parking—spacious and very convenient, making our arrival and departure completely hassle-free. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.
