We were pleasantly surprised with a maisonette upgrade, having an ideal layout for groups of friends, offering both privacy and comfort. Breakfast was delicious with homemade products, including the most amazing apple juice of Makis! The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional, making us feel right at home! A cozy fireplace with free wood created the perfect après-ski atmosphere, and the outdoor grill was a great addition for a gathering. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and perfectly located getaway! Maki, Danae, Gianni, and Dimitra, we will definitely be back!

We stayed 3 nights at Montecristo chalet on a long week-end ski outing at Mt. Kaimaktsalan (2,050-2,500m alt.), Macedonia's best ski resort in Greece. Nowhere in alpine Europe could we find such a better value for money ski village and hotel accommodation. The Macedonian chalet architecture and interior design are outstanding, bedroom comfy, breakfast wonderful. A special mention and expression of gratitude is due to Ms Sofia, our cheerful chalet host for her professionalism and attention to detail. We will definitely come back to Montecristo chalet at Palaios Aghios Athanasios village.

The location was great, breakfast had very good options and the staff was kind and helpful. Clean towels were provided daily as well as soap. The fireplace was the highlight! Definitely returning!

Irene's Resort se nachází v Kato Loutraki v Makedonii, 3 km od Loutry Pozar. Nabízí sezónní venkovní bazén a výhled na hory. Hotel má sluneční terasu, lyžařskou školu a restauraci. What a place! We already think about returning back. It is located a bit away from the main street, so it is very quiet and peaceful, though still close to other cafes in the main street, walking distance. But you really do not need to go anywhere to eat, as the hotel's restaurant is the best in the area I guess. The entire place is super cozy, comfortable and stylish. Each room has a fireplace, we did not use it as it was hot outside, bit in winter it should be a blast! The view on the mountains and grapes is beautiful. They told us that they even have rooms with jacuzzi, next time we'll definitely try to stay there. The breakfast was delicious! We came 2 hours earlier than check-in time and the hotel staff made their best to allow us to check in asap. We were travelling by an electric car and were kindly allowed to use hotel's socket to charge it in the night (but we always bring a long cord with us for such cases).
