It’s really good location to go to the slopes, ski lift it’s right beside it. And there is a shop you can rent all the equipments for ski. I just got surprised when we had to pay for the sauna, it’s the hotel rules, but it was the first hotel in life that I had to pay to use the facilities.

Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier! This is one of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. The infraestructure is optimal, with everything you need. But what stand the most is the personal and their service. Very kind people and professional, all of them. My congratulations to the managment, you can tell they focuse a lot in that. They put fruits in the room and later in the night send us champagne. The breakfast was delicious. We had so amazing time they make us want to come back to Andorra just to stay in the hotel again.
