    It's a really great hotel. Modern, yet still cozy. Located right in the middle of Pec pod Snezkou. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Staff members were especially polite and helpful - from reception to kitchen staff and cleaning ladies. Communication was great, we were informed of all extra charges in advance. SPA area small but very tidy and relaxing with two saunas, Jacuzzi, Kneipp basins and rest area with a view. And it is dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us! Highly recommended.

    This place was a wonderful experience. I called in a few hour before our arrival with a request to get some flowers for our 20th wedding anniversary and the hotel was able to sort it out amazingly! Beyond that the spa, massages, room, food and breakfast was fabulous. I have recommended to a group of my closest friends as a great getaway with your spouse.

    Location, nice spa and wellness, nice rooms, good breakfast selection and good burgers in the restaurant We loved the regular and free transfer to the ski slopes

    Great wellness area with several types of sauna, nice cold bath, jacuzzis and relax area with bar. Nice breakfast. Hotel is very kid friendly with a large playroom. Nice room, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend!

    I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean and cozy, the apartment was thought out to small detail. The wellness center was lovely (3 saunas, jacuzzi), located directly in the hotel, almost empty during November. I also enjoyed a nice classic massage by Iryna. The parking in the garage was comfortable. The hotel restaurant is very good, maybe a little bit too expensive. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful!

    Location, rich breakfast buffet, wellness - one finish sauna one bio sauna, whirlpool , in general very nice hotel, good looking interior.
