Amazing location and host were super nice and made me feel comfortable like family. They were too sweet. Graham went out if the way to help with my parking arrangements outside. There were a few initial hick ups for check in. Once that was sorted then the experience was amazing. The couple were super courteous and ensured I'm feeling comfortable and they went out of the way to take care of me. Watching a football match with host was a fabulous experience. The beds and pillow were super comfy...esp. pillows were great.

The Hotel was perfectly situated for our stay in Battersea, it sits on the Thames has a great restaurant, the bedrooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable with a walk in raindrop shower and spacious shower room. Cleaned everyday with staff who couldn’t help enough and accommodating. We had our daughter and granddaughter which ascot was also provide in the second bedroom which was adjacent to our for our stay. Breakfast was included in our costing and all I can say is the variety was amazing, cooked English, Continental, pastries, fresh fruit it was all there so plenty to choose from. We had an evening meal one night I think it was a Saturday the food was also superb and reasonable cost, there were three private parties ongoing but the staff still had time for you as we were a couple dining and the Hotel owner made time to talk to you that goes along way, would I stay there again the answer is yes.

I will start by saying that you must try the sparkling afternoon tea at Bingham Riverhouse. It was one of the best I’ve tried in England, and they were very generous with the serving of clotted cream and sparkling wine. I spent hours there accompanied by their collection of vintage books. I was also a guest at the hotel for 3 nights. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. It was awesome being so close to the river, and to have Richmond Park just a short walk away. The bus stop from which you may take a bus to Kew Gardens is also right outside the hotel. The staff at reception were also extremely helpful! A special shout-out to Karl - thank you so much for helping me with my package delivery! For anyone looking at a relaxing and comfortable stay in London, look no further than Bingham Riverhouse!
