Service staff were courteous and efficient and always wore a smile. Amenities were new and in good condition. Overall the resort was gorgeous and looked especially beautiful at night. Food choices were extensive, and room service was affordable. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff did their best to make our trip feel extra special. Overall 10/10 experience. Definitely will come back to stay again when I'm in Ubud. Special thanks to Ayu for making us feel so welcome at the resort.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was great. Location of course, was a little off grid, but isn't that the whole point ? (Loved the "Tuk Tuk" ride from the parking area to the hotel, amongst the rice paddies). "Service Recovery" from the day manager was fantastic. After we had an initial issue upon arriving at our room (see below), he tried (multiple times), to compensate us for the situation. Problem was, for him, we do not complain normally. and definitely not to gain "free offers" from hotels, which is therefore why we constantly refused any form of compensation. The upshot of all this was, he and his staff tried to make us feel as welcome as possible. This is 6 STAR service. 10 out of 10, especially for the effort.

The best hostel I have ever stayed in! The kindest staff on Earth. Amazing social program, daily yoga, meditation, massage, mani and delicious breakfast included in the price. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Really, there wasn’t a single flaw.
