Incredible service, very clean and nice facilities with outstanding value for money. Vivek was very kind and available to help - he provided all of the relevant information beforehand and was always helpful in directing me towards local attractions. Very easy to get around due to the high number of autorickshaws nearby, and many good restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again, cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The exceptional hospitality of each and every staff of this property is a highlight, we were always greeted with a smile. There are so many activities to keep the guests engaged, bird watching, property walk, butterfly garden, sunset cruise, the evening cultural programs and everyone who kept us entertained with the instruments throughout. The tablachi kept the kids entertained by allowing them to play the instruments and with a smiling face all the time. Not to forget chaya chechi and the unique style of high tea and snacks in the evening. The location of the property itself is very magical. Overall was a wonderful holiday for us and we surely hope to come back again.

The location is exquisite. It is an accommodation that borders Vembanad Lake. The environment is close to pristine. The presence of bird life, other fauna and flora activates an inner calm that is a precious gift. We were housed in a heritage wooden structure that showcases the mathematical precision with which the building was constructed.

This is truly a unique place to stay, which met our expectations. Vijo, Sam and Tom made it a memorable stay. Extremely welcoming and super friendly, we were made to feel at home. The food is excellent and dining is a communal affair with other guests, which is great as you can share tips on your trip. The gardens are lovely, the location a little out of the way but that is why we chose this homestay. Vijo has a selection of activities you can partake in. We did a few and loved the massage and cooking lesson. If you want a truly memorable experience which is chilled with good food, choose here!

Massive rooms and bathroom. Architecture is very different from what I'm used to. felt very quaint yet luxurious. Probably the friendliest staff I've ever met. They made our stay truly memorable. Spa, canoe ride, yoga, food, they were all exceptional. Views are amazing.

Room was luxury, we walked in and it had that wow factor. The pool was great however not much going on, don’t think there was a bar. Setting next to the lake is amazing, and afternoon complimentary coffee/tea next to the pool was a nice touch. Great location to do a tour of the backwater with 1h 3h or daily trips that leave from the pier in the hotel. Breakfast is ok
