The exceptional hospitality of each and every staff of this property is a highlight, we were always greeted with a smile. There are so many activities to keep the guests engaged, bird watching, property walk, butterfly garden, sunset cruise, the evening cultural programs and everyone who kept us entertained with the instruments throughout. The tablachi kept the kids entertained by allowing them to play the instruments and with a smiling face all the time. Not to forget chaya chechi and the unique style of high tea and snacks in the evening. The location of the property itself is very magical. Overall was a wonderful holiday for us and we surely hope to come back again.

It's a place with positive energy, fresh vibes, and stunning view. We booked a Premium Lake View Room and Family Duplex Suite. Family Duplex suite had ample space. A private ait out area. The top floor had its own toilet and shower, which was thoughtful and super handy, also its own sit out area, apart from the bed. Premium Lake View room had a stunning view from the room and balcony. A special shout out to the staff. Every member of staff was helpful and had a super pleasant personality. Hope they can keep this up. Wide variety of food options during breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the food tasted simply fab. Every dish was top-notch. We were travelling with kids, and their games room and bicycles were brilliant. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean. Perfect place for a getaway. Ordered 4 cakes for DD's birthday, and the cakes were so delicious. Thank you!

Is a very nice, comfortable place and the people who works there is always nice and caring. The bedroom was clean and it had everything you can need. Food was good and no pricey. Head chef was excepcional, very caring.

Breakfast was fabulous. Staff very helpful. Pool was amazing. The dance performance beautiful. The lake boat tour was wonderful. Lunches were delicious as well. We didn't venture out of the hotel except to visit a nearby hotel to have lunch. We enjoyed relaxing. Played some table tennis in the games room and danced on the boat tour which was fun. One of the other families on the boat tour played great music so parents and children were dancing too.

Breakfast was good, with a plenty of spreadout. Spacious dining news with plenty of natural air coming. Staff are very courteous. Good place for a break from work. Quire & xalm environment.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting and elegantly designed. The staff were very attentive to our needs and extremely helpful! The food was very tasty- breakfast had a great mix of Indian dishes as well European/continental items. We also loved dinner in the Vemband restaurant - some of the best we had in Kerala. We loved relaxing overlooking the lake and by the pool! The cultural show and tea in the afternoon that is served was also wonderful.

The location was stunning. The raised cabin we were in was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool (though a little repair and maintenance was needed). I had a massage which was excellent. The food choice was good. Staff were all pleasant.

The staff was absolutely exceptional, very accommodating and proactive, offering solutions to many issues related to the property itself and recommendations for restaurants in the area. The pool and facilities were clean and well maintained. Food was very good, with good portions and reasonably priced. We also got traditional massages at the spa facility, which was very relaxing and expertly done.

Very good location on the lake. Large property with extensive grounds, greenery, very quiet. Well kept grounds. The restaurant is really good so no need to move out of the place for food unless you are keen to try some restaurant nearby. Good Breakfast. Large parking area (Its also a wedding venue). The Ayurvedic spa was good , it is quite busy and needs booking. They have a good evening cruise on the lake. Got some indoor games , pool etc. Overall an excellent place to relax and unwind. Relax on the lakeshore. Recommend.
