It is not only the sheer beauty of this place but especially the friendliness and warmhearted kindness of its owners Silu and Mathew and each and very one of their wonderful team. We felt so very well looked after, whenever we had questions concerning the surroundings and the Vagamon Hills, Silu would be there to give us valuable tips and suggestions for day trips and sightseeing. We loved the Kerala food you get at Vanilla County cooked by Ranju and Jolly which was served by Maju, Anand, George and Anthony - always with a friendly smile. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The house and the garden are very clean and very well looked after by Aniamma and Sheena. Everywhere in and around Vanilla County, you feel that things are done and chosen with a lot of love, taste and care. The wonderful memories of Vanilla County and its people will stay with us for a very long time and will make us smile. We strongly recommend Vanilla County if you want to relax in a beautiful place with very special, warmhearted people.

Throughout our entire stay at the property, we were consistently astounded by the exceptional level of customer service provided. From the moment of our arrival to the moment of our departure, we were left in awe. Upon our arrival, we were graciously greeted and presented with a delectable welcome drink. The check-in process was efficient and devoid of any complications. Following this, we were promptly escorted to the restaurant, where we indulged in a flawlessly prepared lunch amidst a charming ambiance. Returning to our spacious accommodations, we found them to be refreshingly inviting. In the afternoon, we enjoyed a delightful selection of freshly brewed coffee accompanied by delectable homemade snacks, further enhancing our overall experience. As the morning dawned and we drew back the curtains, we were met with a breathtaking view of the seemingly infinite expanse of verdant greenery. The breakfast served to us was nothing short of divine, with an array of delectable options that left our palates thoroughly satisfied. We wish to express our sincere gratitude to Justin, Abin, and the entire staff who provided us with their invaluable assistance throughout our stay. Furthermore, we would like to extend a special appreciation to Alex Martin, the esteemed Hotel Manager, whose guidance and leadership contributed significantly to our exceptional experience.

The customer service was absolutely very good and also provided more details about nearby tourist places. Must visit and is highly recommended.
