The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, surrounded by views of the ocean on all sides. Each member of staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating, as well as very patient with our limited Italian! The Michelin starred restaurant Caracol is well worth a visit.

Facilities were absolutely top class. A huge and spacious room with a comfy bed and every amenity you could think of. Host considered every option and catered for all of them. Amazing, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Súper clean, breakfast perfect very large . I had an amazing time here feeling at home. Very nice people . Opposite to the cumana train station. Nice restaurant walking distance I recommend il capricho.

Excellent location and grounds. Beautiful family run hotel. Dario and Paola could not do enough for you. All the staff from the cleaners to the waiters to the gardener have a genuine smile on their face. If I could give 20/10 I would. We enjoyed our time so much we booked extra nights. Really magic place. Direct access to the see, many thermal pools, nice sunrise, great people, good meal. It was so easy to agree rent a scooter with girl on the reception (35eur/day - from 9:00-9:00- august). She managed everything. Great was that they send me a message 2 days before arrival to agree our pick up from Ischia port, so we had so easy way there. I like that this place was a bit busy during the day, but calm in the evenings (when you stay there just with few people which are also accommodated). You can enjoy your meal in nice restauration with so great sea view. Breakfast included fresh orange juice, coffee, tea, croissant, fresh fruit plate, so tasty eggs with rocket and tomato, jams, nutella, butter, toasts. Good lunch offer - Zingara, salads, pizza etc. You can have from 19:30 also dinner and welcome drink + small appetizer + desert we got for free - so it made our dinners more special. Thank you for great 3 nights here. It was our pleasure.

This is an extremely nice place to stay. We were upgraded for free to a big room with a kitchen. The gardens and surroundings are absolutely stunning, and the pools are a huge bonus. It's a little far from the beach (maybe 10-15 minute walk), but you can easily get the bus (which is how we got around and they come every 10/15 minutes) or rent a scooter. The beach is one of the nicest beaches we had been too! The family who runs the hotel are extremely friendly, and the dinners in the hotel are very affordable and delicious. I'm celiac and they made every meal gluten free no problem!

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming—they even let us check in an hour early and check out an hour later, completely free of charge. The property is spacious and lush with greenery, making it a pleasure to walk around. There are four thermal pools on site, some with breathtaking views of the sea. Thanks to the multiple pools and the large territory, it never felt crowded—guests are naturally spread out, which makes it feel calm and relaxing. Our room had a stunning sea view. Every evening, we enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony chairs with a glass of Aperol in hand—it was pure magic. The mornings were equally enjoyable: delicious, fresh croissants and very good coffee made for the perfect start to the day. The thermal pools are open until sunset, which in July is around 20:30. Swimming in the warm water as the sky turned gold was a beautiful experience. The air conditioning works during set hours—from 14:30 to 09:30—which was more than enough for us. The ceiling fan and the sea breeze from the balcony kept the room pleasantly cool. P.S. If you happen to need an ATM, there’s one about 6 minutes away—up a steep set of stairs over the small mountain behind the hotel. It’s the only nearby option, so be sure to ask the staff for directions. Otherwise, the next closest ATM is in Forio Porto.
