A true little slice of paradise in the middle of the jungle! The hotel is perfectly located to explore the most beautiful cenotes in the area (some are even accessible on foot or by bike, which the hotel kindly provides). Vast grounds, huge beautiful cenote. Free paddle boarding and yoga, tours and bikes to cycle around the resort. Not busy at all. Beautiful rooms. Much better value that other places in Mexico

Staff are friendly. As a female solo traveler I felt safe. Wifi was good in my room and had Netflix as background noise, or to watch. Didn't have a balcony which I wasn't aware of but had a ground floor terrace. Outdoor space is important so this was good, and I was only there for one night unfortunately. If I was to come back to Mexico I would stay here again.
