Very clean, cheap price, great breakfast good location, but sadly the view of our room wasn't like other things that I mentioned.

Everything, place is flawless, the decor, the wellness and spa areas, the lake house & swimming/sun deck. The food in the restaurant & breakfast selection top class. Parking very easy, check-in also very easy. Advice: unless you have early checkin, it will be 3pm, so go straight to wellness as you really only have a 3-4 hr window before dinner, especially if you only staying for 1 night. It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

Location was right next to the waterfall and you get the full view of the valley. And the staff was very helpful in guiding us to nearby trails, thermal spas and accessing the gastien card for discounts on cable car and getting around the city

Residence - Palais Hörtenberg se nachází ve čtvrti Old Town v destinaci Bolzano a nabízí fitness centrum a výhled na město. Jezera Carezza je 27 km odtud a I Giardini di Castel Trauttmansdorff 30 km. Really nice place with great rooms, very clean and recommended! The price of parking was expensive.

I wish i could find words to describe how awesome this was. I travel to all high-end luxury hotels across the globe but this one is definitely one of my favorites. I can’t wait to come back. Everything! Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and nice views all around. Rooms, saunas and everything else is like in pictures. Additionally we even got a discount card for different activities in the National Park (e. g., entrance to Grossglockner High Alpine road was free of charge for us and so on). 100% recommended! :)

An excellent, spacious, and clean hotel. The rooms offer breathtaking mountain views. The breakfasts are delicious. The nearest ski lifts are just a five-minute walk away. In the hotel lobby, there's a dedicated area for ski and snowboard maintenance, equipped with special waxes, all types of screwdrivers, and an iron for melting the sliding surface. Additionally, within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, you'll find excellent restaurants, a souvenir shop, two hypermarkets, and a thermal complex. The hotel also offers saunas included in the accommodation price. The staff is very friendly and welcoming!
