We saw nothing but smiling staff at the reception desk and the restaurant. Although a smile costs nothing it's become a rarity these days. Thank you Kaiserhof team for making our holiday memorable. We look forward to coming back and staying with you again. Our little suggestion would be to add a fan in the room with the summers becoming unbearable.
