The room is spacious and clean, the location is perfect ( walking distance from everything but at the same time not crowded) , and above all we liked the hotel staff hospitality and kindness ( especially Sameer the restaurant supervisor and Réception’s staff ). We definitely recommend it !

Situated 200 metres from the Caspian Sea shore, Sheraton Baku Intourist features a Wellness centre. Free WiFi and free private parking are available on site. The staff members very amazing!! so helpful and friendly. They made sure everything that we requested was properly delivered. The staff members made our stay so much better. It quite rare nowadays to meet kind, nice and friendly people and all the staff members ticked all boxes. We checked in earlier that we were supposed to and they were more than helpful to arrange that for us. Also since it was a shoot we asked if there was a possibility to get a room with a bathtub and it was also done no problem. All our needs were met! Thank you very much for such staff members who made our stay wonderful ! <3

The hotel is truly unique and has an outstanding and well-thought-out design. It's a 2-minute walk from the promenade. There are great restaurants nearby—MariVanna, Anadolu, Vivo Baklava, and more. The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional, no matter where—at the bar, during breakfast, at the spa, and just in general. They packed breakfast for us when we needed to go on an early tour of the countryside. The soundproof is great, and so is the air conditioning system - you don't feel quite polluted air from Baku streets, and you don't hear traffic noise.

The rooms are big and clean. Comfortable bed. Staff very helpful. The location is a bit far from center but the taxi is easy and cheap. We did rent a car.
