Very friendly, kind and helpful staff, including the parking. The restaurant was top notch, you should try the cheesecake! SPA facilities were everything you need and the hiking trails start just behind the hotel.

Park Hotel & Spa Maxi is located in Velingrad, situated amid a pine park on a hill. Amazing value for money, both breakfast and dinner were super delicious, made out of high quality products. The room was big and clean, the SPA centre was as well super spacious and well maintained. We will be back for sure :)

Tento hotel stojí na malebném kopci ve čtvrti Čepino ve Velingradu. Nabízí impozantní výhled na město a na krásný okolní borový les. Very clean hotel in a quiet location, making for a great night's sleep. Our room was very spacious and nice. The spa facilities were excellent, including indoor and outdoor hot jacuzzies, a sauna, various types of steam baths, multiple pools, one of which is large enough for swimming, a salt room, and more. We were happy with both breakfast and dinner, which offered a wide variety of food. One of our stays was on a Friday, and a live band during dinner added a nice touch to the experience. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of fresh options. The spa area was modern, clean, and perfect for relaxing. We would definitely love to come back again!
