I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger. I loved how the property was always so clean, felt very cozy and that the staff was always so friendly & accommodating! Also the breakfast selection was the best breakfast we had in a hotel, we looked forward to it every morning !

Tento hotel se nachází přímo na břehu známého jezera Blausee s křišťálově čistou modrou vodou a nabízí gurmánskou restauraci s pstruhy a dalšími lahodnými pochoutkami. The room was beautiful and the view was incredible. The ability to sit on the balcony over the lake and full view of the snowy mountains was very special. The bathroom was nicely warm especially after a shower, it’s this little things like this that elevated the room experience. The staff were wonderful, offering advice on locations like a waterfall that wasn’t overrun by tourists, this waterfall was a great recommendation by staff! The food was exceptional, the chef of our dinner meal knows high quality. Every detail about the hotel, staff and surrounding nature park was inviting and lovely. Jumping on the bus was so easy to navigate to the next towns. Would recommend!
