The food and drinks provided in the room were beyond exceptional! We did not even utilize the free breakfast, because there was so much food in the room when we arrived! The view was to die for, and Christine and Petra went above and beyond for us. I 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Interlaken area!

We stayed in the guard tower room, which is a bit different from most of the rooms in the hotel. It's right above the castle gate, with windows on 3 sides, but since the walls are 70cm thick and made of stone, it's very well insulated from noise. The conveniences/electrical system were slightly constrained by the fact that we were surrounded by thick stone, but they nonethless did a great job of making a beautiful, comfortable, and engagingly quirky room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with some of the best bread and pastry I've had in Switzerland.

Located in Grindelwald, a 10-minute walk from the train station, Boutique Hotel Glacier offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a lounge with views of Mount Eiger. everything was perfect. the staff were super nice and friendly
