Friendly service, great spa and extra points for being dog friendly, we brought our puppy with us for the stay and she had a great time!

Das Hotel liegt 600 m von der Seilbahnstation First entfernt und 100 m oberhalb des Zentrums von Grindelwald. Excellent hotel, spacious nicely decorated room with fantasic view to the Apls. The bed were super comfortable, had a L shaped large balcony with a panoramic mindblowing view of the swiss alps. The breakfast was excellent. The staff at the reception was coordial, offered me a mobile charge adapter. The staff at the restaurant was polite and attentive.

However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Das Hôtel de Rougemont & Spa in Rougemont bietet Ihnen einen Innenpool, ein Spa- und Wellnesscenter sowie Zimmer im alpinen Stil mit kostenfreiem WLAN. Das Personal war sehr nett.Das ganze Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet unser Aufenthalt war super auch wegen des traumhaften Wetters. Lage des Hotels war auch super würde jederzeit wieder kommen.
