Hotel Bristol is a family run hotel which is nice to see with family albums. It deserves to be 4 stars. The rooms are clean and nice with balcony with Matterhorn view that is really nice. It is conveniently located with the shuttle bus (free with ski day pass) taking you to all the gondolas for the ski slopes. The breakfast was good and the bar cosy. They have a free taxi service to take you to the train station. The spa is very complete with spa and Finnish and bio sauna and many more.

Beautiful property and spacious room with luxe feeling. Room had a fantastic view and of course the pool area was just fabulous. We travelled with our baby and the touches for him were so cute and appreciated - they even had a baby bath there we could use !! Everything was top notch and we only had room service dinner but it was great, however the restaurant looked incredible for dinner.

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub.

Hotel was In an amazing location! The room was decorated beautifully, and the bathroom was really nice. The added bonus of a balcony looking directly at the Matterhorn was superb. Breakfast was of a very high standard with an amazing choice of fresh foods. I loved my stay here. Thank you 😊
