The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. In the evenings, when we returned, they would ask if we were hungry and offer us fresh fruit. they also gave us a free bed for my daughter. One particularly touching moment: one evening our daughter fell asleep, and my husband and I went out for dinner in the city. The receptionist, who had already finished her shift, stayed an extra hour just to make sure everything was okay — even though we hadn’t asked her to. Another time, they noticed on their own that there was a problem with the lighting in our room. While we were out, they informed us and immediately offered to move us to another room. Since our child was sleeping again that evening, they gave us two rooms to use at the same time. Breakfasts were always adapted to our requests. They gifted us a massage, arranged airport pick-up, and on our last day — when there was heavy rain and some of my things got slightly wet — they even gave us a discount on services. A super cozy place with true human warmth. Highly recommended! ❤️

The Beyond Villa Guilin Boutique Hotel se nachází pouhých 5 minut jízdy od jeskyně Reed Flute, 2 km od centra města Guilin, v blízkosti řeky Taohua a je obklopen zelení a tichou čtvrtí. Wow! The staff here is very friendly. She loved telling us about all the best local spots. You can really feel the warmth of her service. On our first night there, we didn't want to go out because we were tired after a long day of travel so the staff showed us a demonstration of pouring Chinese tea using the artistic tea set they have. She also gave us some local Chinese desserts so that we could enjoy a quiet night drinking tea and chatting. A very personal experience.

Guilin HeShe Lakeside Resort-Free pick up train station stay two nights se nachází v destinaci Kuej-lin a poskytuje zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a bar. Great place. Staff were phenomenal. Great inside decor too. A little out of town so will need a taxi back and forth but it was okay. The surroundings are beautiful.

Positioned along Taohua River, Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel boasts a Chinese-style courtyard and is located in Lujia Village, just 2 km from downtown Guilin. The host was incredibly friendly, professional, and generous. He offered free watermelon every evening, provided complimentary e-bikes, free laundry service, and a delicious free breakfast. He also responded quickly to my visa document requests over email. Overall, the best and most thoughtful host I’ve ever stayed with!
