Days Hotel & Suites China Town---Five minutes to reach Changsha Station, the metro Line 2 & Line 6 are nearby, free gym & laundromat, Chinese and Western buffet breakfast is offered on the 31st floor... Nice hotel. Clean - good sized room and bathroom. Quiet. Manager - Jack Ma - is very welcoming and personaly showed me the local delicacies being cooked fresh on the buffet breakfast. Every time I left the hotel someone would check to make sure I was OK and knew here I was going. They offered a map and helped point me in the direction of the metro system.

The room was clean, modern, with cozy beds and soft pillows. The facilities were great — auto-flush toilets, excellent A/C, and refreshing showers. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the East Gate. Scott, the manager, speaks excellent English and gave really helpful advice on routes and tickets to explore Zhangjiajie efficiently. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is superb, just beside the MRT station — so easy to get around! Breakfast buffet was solid, and the staff were really friendly. Gave us a high-floor room upgrade somemore. Very impressed, will stay again!

Special thanks to ​Wendy​ who assisted us from the moment we booked, arranging all our transport, tickets, and itinerary seamlessly. She made our trip wonderful and worry-free. Highly recommended for an excellent stay in Zhangjiajie!

The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

铂曼智慧酒店-Near the east gate of the Forest Park, about a 10-minute walk-There is a beautiful small river at the entrance-offers free self-service laundry and Attraction Tickets Serivce in advance se... The hotel is right in the heart of the small mountain town, very close to many restaurants, shops, and the entrance to the national park. The staff are very helpful and hospitable; they helped us book park tickets and told us where to visit, making communication very smooth. The room had an amazing view of the river and mountains, and the hotel's overall facilities are very good. We will definitely come back!
