Starting from the arrival till check out , the staff was kind and ready to help at all time. The hotel itself was clean, family friendly and have big space for resting areas. The room we got had a balcony and pretty view of the thermals and mountains. We really enjoyed it even for one say stay.

Being so close to bars and nightlife made it incredibly convenient to enjoy a night out and get back safely. The hostal itself is cozy, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff is welcoming and attentive.

The staff was kind and helpful, and the glamping site itself was amazing. We had a little garden area to ourselves, with a fire pit, bathtub, bathroom + shower, net to relax in, and the tent. Inside, the temperature was very comfortable, they had AC and a fan, everything was clean, and there was free water and coffee. They also bring breakfast to your tent in the morning, and dinner as well if you book it. We had no problems with anything and greatly enjoyed our stay, it felt luxurious but still connected to nature.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, from those at the front desk to the young man who cooked me breakfast. The hostel is in a nice part of the city where you can walk to shops, stores, bars and restaurants on the nearby main strip.
