Set in Providencia, 42 km from Manuel Antonio, Savegre Hotel Natural Reserve & Spa features a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. This was a family trip. The rooms were cozy and well equipped. Extra blankets and heating is provided. The rooms are comfortable and surrounded by nature. It creates a great experience and you have the river sound. If you are not used to that sound it is really relaxing. The hotel has a green house where you can buy and see plants. They are lovely. The trails are very nice. Be mindful that to reach the entrance you need to walk 1.5 Km. La Quebrada is a trail that you can walk with small children. No wheel chair nor prawn/stroller. Los Pioneros is a short and flat trail. Suitable for elderly persons. We traveled with one and was the perfect walk. The food was delicious. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of options and very tasty.

I needed a place to stay after seeing the doctor for my first consultation My Dr. recommended Vista Canyon Inn and what a fabulous recommendation that was. They arranged for transportation to the Dr.s Office and then to the hospital for my out patient surgery. and picked me up after surgery. Thrilled they had room for me the next night. This place is Heaven on Earth. The staff, rooms, facilities, and breakfast were fabulous. Plus, they arranged for me to have a lovely room that was easily accessible on the first floor close to the dining area and Lobby.

It was a great space for me, although I bet it would also be perfect for a couple. It has a great little park and a great pool. the view from the rooftop is amazing. Recommend staying at this place if you're staying in the San Jose area. This was the last place I booked in Costa Rica before I came back home

This classic hotel is located in a quiet area of San José, 3 km from the city centre. Best breakfast i eat in my whole ''travel life'' was in this hotel. You can chose from 214124 different foods. Your gonna be amazed. I was thinking how can this hotel allow people to eat this much. You also have premium room so you can eat some casual food and drink some juice and coke. Not highest quality but hey its free so that's a big plus. You can eat some cakes and those kind of things. Room is okay. Parking is Free. GYM IS AMAZING for hotel gym. You will have bench-press and heavier weights. Not like in most hotels you have weights for grandmas. So if your in San Jose THIS hotel is a must! It's not that expensive for premium room and you will have no problems.
