Absolutely lovely staff, very welcoming attitude. We have enjoyed breakfasts and dinner. The swimming pool is not huge, but nice, clean and jacuzzi is the top. We like it and will be happy to come back.

All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

It was exactly what I wanted, a clean, quiet hotel with good facilities. The staff were all very professional and friendly too. Excellent value for money, having the pool and sauna was a real bonus. I had two massages in the spa and they were both very good. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, the other guests were friendly and polite, which is important for me travelling solo. It is also in a good location, quiet but near the Singing Fountain and the Collonade.

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Mariánské Lázně se nachází v srdci Mariánských Lázní a nabízí 4 venkovní a vnitřní bazény, saunovou část a fitness centrum. The hotel was a bit expensive, but otherwise excellent. For a hotel the spa is fantastic, the room is very good, the restaurant is excellent. Excellent place for relaxation. Highly recommended.

It's a serene place with very clean air and gorgeous lanscape design. When I came to breakfast each morning, I wanted to scream with delight, because the restaurant area has enourmous windows, and while enjoying your food you can admire flowers, bushes and all the nature that surrounds this beautiful hotel.
