Staff was really helpful and friendly. Good attention to detail and aesthetic. Very spacious room. Made my first child here. Swing by the restaurant if you can, best spätzle made with local ingredients! Very good breakfast! Could not reccomend more!

Everything exceeded the expectations, especially considering the price. The breakfast was superb, especially that you can have it indoors our at the tables outdoor, within the facility. The staff was very nice and professional and polite. The rooms are very clean and very confortable , with all the facilities that one could possibly want.

For over 160 years, the Europäischer Hof Heidelberg has stood for genuine hospitality and timeless elegance. The location was amazing the property very nice the staff very friendly, helpful, the breakfast area and the quality of the foods very good 

This fine 4-star design hotel is situated in the heart of the town of Villingen-Schwenningen, in the Black Forest. The Neckar cycle path runs beside the property, which offers bike storage facilities.... Modern property decorated beautifully. Rooms spacious and spotless. Breakfast was delicious with wonderful selection of hot and cold to choose from. Conor and Linda are a breath of fresh air. So warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The only place I will stay on my future visits.

Every day the view from our balcony looked more beautiful. We were lucky to have stayed a week in November when it was bright sunshine so we were able to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Cycling is so easy as the hotel really is in the middle of the forest but glad we had e-bikes as steep slopes all around. The bridge directly into the forest was an instant immersion into to Schwarzwald. We also took advantage of the wellness program and did qi-jong in the fresh air and reminded ourselves to slow down and breathe! The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to our waitress Anna too.

Loved everything about this hotel! The check-in staff (specially Aditya and Max) were very welcoming and looked after me through out my stay. The restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was just amazing. I had a good restful stay in the comfy room after a long hike with great views to the nature landscape.

It was very clean and neat with a beautiful view. Walking distance from the Christmas markets, castle and wonderful bustling streets for shopping. We loved our stay. Just wish it was a bit longer
