First of, we were very impressed with how professional this Hotel is. Shortage of staff is clearly not the case here. No matter if you look at the reception, the restaurant or the cleaning staff. You will always find some busy employees who are happy to help and naturally kind and friendly. The room was prefect, the beds comfortable, the cleaning staff excellent and attentive. Breakfast is a buffet for everybody. No matter if you have special needs because you’re Vegetarian or religious, the buffet has plenty of choice. We even received a lunch packet because we had to leave very early in the morning, before regular breakfast times. Even that contained plenty of snacks and sandwiches. The parking in front is huge and for free, also lightened up at night (as we had to find out in Germany in bad Hotels that’s not the case), so we were quite happy about that. In 5-10 minutes on foot you can reach the big shopping mall PC (Paunsdorf Center) or the tram station next to it with which you can reach the city center (ca. 30-40 mins until center). Access to the Autobahn is close and can be reached in around 5 minutes by car. The location is quiet and peaceful, from our neighbouring rooms we never heard any noise. Overall the best Hotel in Germany we visited so far! Can only recommend.

The property is very new, clean a tastefully furnished. Our room (very spacious) came with fully equipped kitchen, which was especially handy as we like to cook during vacations. The best thing about our stay was the sauna (included in the price). For the best info about the place, I’d recommend downloading their app - everything important is listed there.

The property features city and inner courtyard views, and is 500 metres from King Albert Theatre, Bad Elster. The apartment also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The place was quiet, we had a good sleep. Parking was easily accessed and right next to the apartment. There was enough kitchen equipment. The only complaint would be the wobly table the microwave was on and NO microwave-safe plates.

The accommodation provides room service, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. everything was better than we had hoped for, the location is maybe a bit off the tourist attractions but as we wanted some time off this was for us perfect, the dinner was perfect and prepared with lots of attention, the breakfast the same and the Ayurveda vision is found back in all food and special tea and coffee. The hotel also offers massages etc and has nice sauna's etc, we loved it
