Receptionists Kero, Madonna, Mahmoud, and Jailan. Moustafa from the staff is also very helpful. I can't say more than it was a very stunning experience.

During a recent business trip to Egypt, I stayed at Jewel Plaza and Aqua , a five-star hotel located in the Nasir city The check-in process was smooth and the staff were professional and welcoming. My room was clean, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a minibar, and a spacious bathroom. . Breakfast was served at the hotel’s main restaurant, offering a wide variety of international and local dishes. I also used the fitness center and indoor pool, both of which were clean and well-maintained. Overall, my stay was comfortable and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers

The Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis is the ideal destination for business travel and leisure escape. Everything went well. The room was very comfortable, the mini-bar was well-stocked, and the food was excellent. The hotel was very beautiful and very spacious, and the halls and lobbies were huge, with plenty of greenery. The room was very quiet (and this is something that I found to be extremely rare, even in luxury hotels). I think this is the best hotel I have ever been to.

This hotel truly deserves its 5 stars. Everything was amazing from start to finish — modern, spotless, and excellent value for money. A special mention for Omar, who manages the reception: he handled everything for us remotely through WhatsApp — from taxis and activities to every little request we had. He was available 24/7, extremely professional, and incredibly responsive. Thank you, Omar, for making everything so easy and enjoyable! Also, a big thank you to Ismaïl from the restaurant. He was always warm, welcoming, and attentive, giving us great tips about local places to visit. The breakfast included was excellent, and his service made every morning a pleasure. I truly recommend this hotel — go there with your eyes closed. You’ll love it as much as we did!
