Nice there was turndown service from the housekeeping in the evening. We picked the hotel for the lovely rooftop terrace and this really didn’t disappoint. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The ladies behind the reception were all so friendly and helpful. The location is superb too! Close to everything! We walked everywhere

This exclusive hotel is housed in one of Valencia’s most impressive Modernist buildings, 1 km from the Cathedral. It includes an 850m² spa and air-conditioned rooms with Art Deco design. A very solid 5 star. The rooms are huge. Breakfast can be cheaper, almost 50 euros is a bit much. Good wellness area. Definitely want to return one day.

Calderona Wellness se nachází v destinaci Bétera a poskytuje ubytování s sezónním venkovním bazénem, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, fitness centrem a zahradou. We stayed at Hotel Calderona for a few days and were genuinely impressed by the hotel itself. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained from the elegant rooms to the high-tech fitness center, the Olympic-sized swimming pool, the paddle court, and the football field where my nephew enjoyed playing matches with friends. However, the only major issue was the restaurant service. The male servers were polite and courteous, but unfortunately, the two female waitresses were consistently rude and unprofessional. Over four days and multiple meals per day, we experienced very long wait times, cold attitudes, and what seemed like a clear lack of interest in their job which can truly affect a guest’s experience. We reported this to the front desk, who explained that the restaurant is managed by a separate company. While we understand that, we also made it clear that this level of service harms the hotel’s excellent reputation. It’s a real shame, because the hotel is truly outstanding in every other way. Guests who travel from abroad expect to enjoy their stay not have it soured by poor restaurant service. We hope management takes action, because the hotel deserves to offer excellence in every aspect.

This hotel is has such a peaceful vibe. The owner and staff were incredibly hospitable and kind. The interior is kept very clean, and tastefully designed. If you are looking for a quiet getaway from the big cities, in a very rustic city with stunning views, I highly recommend staying at ABBI Suites in Bocairent!

The host, Aura, had excellent communication and was able to accommodate an earlier check-in. She wanted to make sure that our stay was enjoyable and made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The apartment is located on the second floor, and there is an elevator to get there. There was cold water in the fridge and a few espresso pods for the Nespresso machine. There were also a few laundry detergent pods for doing laundry. The apartment was clean. There were extra blankets, towels, and toilet paper. Water pressure in the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. There were basic plates, glasses and cooking pots/pans. Internet was fast. For sensitive ears, there was a little bit of traffic noise, but I rarely noticed it, and it did not affect my sleep. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Even the couch in the living room was comfortable. It was easy to take the bus to the city center and to various sites. I personally prefer staying in neighborhoods away from tourist sites. You can buy a SUMA 10 card at the Metro station which can be used on metro and buses, and offers a big discount on fares compared to paying for single fares. Or if you like to walk, you can get to Old Town sites within 30 minutes. We loved our stay and would stay again!

Having decided on Valencia for my 70th birthday trip I spent long hours researching available accommodation, eventually settling on Bonnies. The reviews and description of the property were instrumental in my decision and what a great decision it turned out to be. From the moment we landed in Valencia the hosts were in regular contact with us, advising on how to access the property and find the key, then checking in on us at intervals up to booking a taxi for us when we were leaving. Our contact Sophia arrived the first morning to show us the spa facilities and to answer any questions we may have had...such a charming young lady. Having booked a deluxe apartment we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been afforded a complimentary upgrade to a superior apartment: it was light, bright and spacious; a large living room/kitchen area with double suites at opposite sides of the apartment, which was perfect for a young married couple holidaying with their mother/in-law...privacy! The beds were extremely comfortable with quality pillows and bed linen, plenty of wardrobe space and the en suite shower rooms complete with toiletries and hairdryer. The kitchen was well equipped with all that is needed to cook any meals necessary. The local wine provided was very welcome after a long day travelling, chargeable but at 12 euro a bottle very reasonable...and very drinkable. The open plan living area was extremely comfortable with large windows overlooking the old street below. The spa area and rooftop terrace which can be booked for two hours of private use was an added bonus, The building is located right in the centre of the old town with so many shops, bars and eateries nearby that we were spoilt for choice, restaurant JamonJamon is a must. Most of the 'must see' attractions were also within walking distance. All in all our stay was so enjoyable and we would highly recommend the property, we hope to return some time in the future,
