We had a great experience at Le Chateau d Étoges, very elegant and quiet, staff was friendly and helpful; they give us few suggestions to follow our Champagne Trail/Tours. We had diner at one of their restaurants and it was delicious and service outstanding.

Mylène was superbly helpful in getting us settled, making activity and restaurant suggestions and being available as needed. The apartment was well equipeed and the snacks were very welcome. The sauna and jet tub were a welcome relief after a long journey and active days. The views from the many windows were beautiful.

The breakfast was sensational everyday and far exceeded anything we have experienced on our travels! Just so delicious, nutritious, fresh and a great start to our day! Ohhhhh, and the home-made rhubarb jam is delectable. The bikes available for use are a wonderful touch that we enjoyed using daily to explore the area. We can't thank you enough Anaïs for your welcome, your care and all your hard work. We really appreciated our stay so much. I hope we can return here again someday. Tammy and Niko

Beautiful views. Property was absolutely stunning. The staff throughout the hotel was exceptional. The restaurants were incredible including the bar. This experience literally brought us to tears. It truly was the best vacation of our lives. We are already planning our return for next year. Definitely a must Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.

We loved the setting, the spacious room and bathroom were relaxing and the garden was splendid. We were so well catered for . Breakfast was super and the whole stay was memorable. Advice was really helpful. If you go I highly recommend eating at the restaurant by the theatre in Epernay. The food is great and such a stunning venue . Thank you for the lift back Herve
