Hôtel Plagepalace is located on the beach in Palavas-les-Flots and Carnon. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a 27 metres heated outdoor pool. Everything about our stay was phenomenal! The staff were very accommodating and professional and kind. The breakfast was outstanding and fresh and plentiful. The view was amazing!

Maison Albar Hotels L’Imperator is a hotel located in the city of Nimes. It was windy and rainy when we traveled that day to Nîmes and we didn’t expect much, but on our arrival we found sunshine in the staff eyes. Very kind and helpful in any ways and at any time from receptionist to house keeping. The Spa steam room was clean and at perfect temperature eventhough it was early afternoon and just two of us. In the the evening we didn’t want to go out and the barman enchanted our stay with a fantastic Dry Martini composed with local french gin and vermouth and a few tapas. Next day we went for city sightseeing and we received good information on the main city spots (always buy a full visit’s ticket which lasts 3 days) Will return again .

Moc hezké ubytování. Cestovali jsme s malým pejsek a hotel je dog friendly. Krásný čistý pokoj i pro psa byl připravený pelíšek a mističky s granulemi a vodou a pamlsek na přivítanou. Bazén byl trošku studenější, ale po sauně, neměl chybu. Byl to relax -:). Parkovat se dá u hotelu nebo za příplatek i garáž. Co nás trošku zklamalo byla snídaně. Za tu cenu jsme čekali bohatší výběr než byl. Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný.

We stayed in an apartment at Château InSolas, and it exceeded all expectations. Set over two floors, the space is beautifully designed, combining elegance with modern comfort. Bright, airy, and incredibly peaceful — it was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Upstairs, the bedroom was spacious, with an ensuite bathroom and lovely views over the front garden. Downstairs, the living area and kitchen were fully equipped and tastefully furnished — ideal for enjoying a quiet evening with a glass of local wine. The château grounds are immaculate, with a beautiful pool and spa included in the price — a real bonus. We loved the location too: tranquil and secluded, yet just a short drive from Avignon and close to excellent cycling routes. The host was warm, welcoming, and always ready with helpful local tips. A truly special place. We would return in a heartbeat.

The property David and Domingos have created is absolutely remarkable. They spent many months renovating the building and have an evident and justifiable pride in their work. The building is stunning but it is matched by the generous and good-natured hospitality they provide. Our family stayed in the beautifully decorated and comfortable 4-person room. It is ideally suited to a family as one double bed is up on a mezzanine and the bathroom is semi-open plan. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was amazing, both the setting and the food. We enjoyed flaky pastries, bread, cereal, hams and cheeses, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt, wonderful coffee or chocolate and delicious home made jams. The property is reasonably close to the motorway junction in the centre of a small French town where we easily found parking in the adjacent square, but only 10 minutes from Port La Nouvelle on the coast where David recommended and booked his friend’s superb restaurant for us (we hadn’t booked dinner at Les 3 Anges de Sigean but will do so next time). We were told we were the first British visitors to this new maison d’hôte; I’m sure there will be many more as it is an ideal stopover location for those travelling to Spain. I can’t recommend this small boutique hotel enough!

It was truly one of the most amazing stays we had so far. We booked spontaneously. The suite has an amazing view over the mountains, it was huge and very clean. The house itself is so special and beautiful and the garden, the jacuzzi and the pool are the cherry on the top. But most importantly Marie the host makes you feel like home, she makes amazing breakfast with home made products and cooks a special local dinner for you when requested before. So if you want a holiday where you feel newborn afterwards that is the place for you.
