Loved the milk and treats waiting for us in the room and the breakfast.

InterContinental London - The O2 offers modern luxury on the Greenwich Peninsula. Guests can enjoy stylish accommodation with a spa, signature dining and rooms with views of the River Thames and The O2. The room was great everything provided including slippers and bathrobes and we had a classic room. The staff were lovely very accommodating . The price was expensive but you get what you pay for. Lots of things like spas, gym, breakfast was excellent very tasty

The staff had the right balance of providing supreme service, where nothing was too much trouble and were mostly preemptive, while still being personable and warm. You can find lovely hotel rooms anywhere, but finding the right staff is obviously the Savoy’s forte.
