The New Lanark Mill Hotel is part of UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hotel has spacious en suite rooms, a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. The rooms had amazingly high ceilings, and the sound of the river running when the windows were opened was very peaceful to sleep to.

That was by far the best hotel I ever stayed. We arrived super early at Glasgow, but one of the receptionist arranged a room for us, which was super early comparing to the check in time, but he was so kind to check that for us, which never happened before in 10 years as a traveller. The bedroom was so comfortable and clean, the bath in the bedroom was lovely and I can’t even describe how lovely was the spa facilities! 10/10

The Westerwood is situated at the foot of the Campsie Hills, midway between Glasgow and Edinburgh. It offers free WiFi throughout the hotel. Room was fantastic clean, modern everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back.
