My wife and I arrived with our infant after an overnight flight. We were very tired and they were able to check us in early, which was so nice. We had a great room with a beautiful view. We stayed for five nights total. The pool and spa were always an amazing respite after a long day of tourist activities. Bar and restaurant were great. The staff met our every need. Highly recommended we would definitely stay again!

Everything was just perfect from beginning to end - the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was well appointed, thoughtfully furnished and supremely comfortable, the bed was uber comfy and the food was lovely in all the restaurants.

Overlooking Kensington Palace and Gardens, this intimate hotel is just 10 minutes' walk from leafy Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. Most probably the best hotel experience I have had so far in 20 years. Amazing hotel, perfect location next to Hyde Park, beautiful rooms, very very good breakfast. But the best thing about it: the people. Everyone was extremely helpful and the level of the service was the highest possible class. People in reception, doormen, people at the breakfast and of course - bar tenders = everyone was excellent. We were very impressed. And they even take care of small details that remain in clients memory: after checking they brought us hand made cookies and even if we did check-out 06:00 in the morning they organised us tasty take away coffee in 5 minutes. Amazing experience and we will stay there again DEFINITELY.
