Beaumont House is a charming, family-run Victorian guesthouse, exclusively for adults, nestled in a peaceful location just moments from the vibrant center of Windermere. Perfectly positioned, it is only a short stroll from Windermere Railway Station and offers complimentary Wi-Fi and private on-site parking. The Manager at the hotel, Mrs. Simona was extra helpful by way of arranging our late check-in. The hotel is beautiful - old charm and stylish. The service provided by the helpful couple during our breakfast was great.

This provides free access to a swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and fitness classes for all guests during their stay, including on check out day. We have nothing but praise for our lovely hosts, they couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was excellent and Rich still had time to chat to us. Everything was superb.

The Armathwaite spa features a hydrotherapy pool, a sauna and a steam room. There is a large outdoor hot tub and a holistic beauty salon with treatment rooms. Stunningly set accommodation, beautiful gardens and surroundings which adds so much charm- especially with all the bunnies and wildlife around. The hotel itself had a lot of character, the room had plenty space, a bath and a roof terrace. There wasn’t one member of staff that wasn’t warm and friendly with us which again, really helps to feel at home. The spa being included was really the cherry on top. Indoor and outdoor pool as well as sauna, jacuzzi and steam. It was hard to pack up and leave the next day!

The extensive breakfast menu includes a choice of fruit, homemade jam and marmalade, a traditional cooked breakfast or continental and vegetarian options. Locally sourced produce is used. Great location. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.
