Their warmth and kindness made the checkin process so seamless and every time I saw them I wanted to say hi to them! They made for such a lovely stay. The bar staff in the W Lounge whose names I don't remember (he was from Brazil and she had a lovely show style hair cut) make my time in the lounge especially great as well. Overall the warmth of the staff is unmatched in all my European hotel experiences!

Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel is situated in Edinburgh, just metres from Princes Street and George Street. The staff were amazing, super quick and seemed happy at work despite the obvious stress of hospitality work. The room service was great and not as overpriced as you'd expect from such a refined looking, sleek hotel. It had a lot of personality, great beds and I'm gutted we didn't have time to hit the pool and spa :(
